Voice Agent
Voice Agent is the AI phone system inside NZ Leads. You configure one or more agents, assign them a phone number, and the agent handles calls on your behalf — answering inbound calls, calling new leads the moment they arrive, or running outbound campaigns to a list of recipients.

In NZ Leads, click Voice Agent in the main navigation. Inside you will find:
- Voice Agents — the list of agents for your business. Create, edit, clone, or delete.
- Call Logs — every call your agents have made or received, with transcript, recording, summary, and extracted customer data.
- Batch Calls — ongoing and completed outbound campaigns.
- Manage Business Phones — buy phone numbers, verify your own number as caller ID, and complete Trust Hub compliance.
Agent types
Every agent is one of three types. Pick the type that matches how you want it to work.

Key concepts
- Agent — one AI persona with its own voice, greeting, goals, knowledge base, and assigned phone number.
- Phone number — the number the agent operates on. Purchased inside Manage Business Phones and then assigned to an agent for inbound, outbound, or both.
- Caller ID — the number the person being called sees. By default it is the purchased system number; you can verify your own business phone so your real number is displayed instead.
- Trust Hub — a US compliance profile (business identity, industry, registration ID, authorized representative) that reduces the chance carriers flag your outbound calls as spam.
- Call log — the record of a completed call, including transcript, recording, AI summary, extracted customer data, appointment booked, disconnection reason, and duration.
