Analytics & Reporting

NZ Leads gives you one reporting surface: the Analytics page. It’s an interactive dashboard with six charts and a drillable summary table that respects every filter you apply at the top of the page or by clicking into a chart.

Getting here

In NZ Leads, open Analytics from the Auto Responder section of the sidebar.

What the Analytics page shows

Top controls

The six charts

  1. Hours/Weekday — a scatter plot showing when leads arrive. Day of week on the horizontal axis, hour of day on the vertical axis. Green dots are leads with a phone number, red dots are leads without. Larger dots mean more leads in that hour/day bucket.
  2. Leads by Status — a pie chart of how your leads are distributed across their statuses. Click a slice to filter the table below.
  3. Leads Over Time — a line chart of daily lead volume over the selected date range, split into Answered (green) and No Answer (red) series.
  4. Leads by Title — a pie chart of the top 10 service or job titles your customers mentioned. Click a slice to filter.
  5. Phone Collection Rate — a doughnut chart of Phones Collected, No Phone, and Temporary Phone. Click a segment to filter.
  6. Leads by Source Type — a pie chart of Yelp, Thumbtack, Facebook Messenger, Facebook Lead Ads, Instagram, and Google Local Ads. Click a slice to filter.

See the Charts guide for a per-chart reading guide.

The Source Data table

Below the charts is a Source Data table that breaks down performance by source.

Active-filter chips

When you click a chart slice, a filter chip appears above the table — for example Status: Answered, Title: Kitchen remodel, Source: Yelp, or Phone: Has phone. Multiple chips combine as an AND. Click the × on a chip to remove just that filter.

Export CSV

Click Export CSV above the controls to download every lead that matches your current filters. The file is named leads_export_YYYY-MM-DD_to_YYYY-MM-DD.csv and opens in any spreadsheet tool.

See Advanced features for export details and how filters affect the exported rows.

What’s being measured

The Analytics page tracks:

Your browser remembers the source selection so the next time you open the page the same sources are already selected. The date range resets to the default on each visit.
