Integrations
NZ Leads can push every inquiry it handles into the tools you already use — your CRM, your team chat, or any other app connected through Zapier. Once an integration is turned on, lead data flows over automatically as conversations happen. No copy-paste, no missed records.
Integrations are configured per source. Open any source (Yelp, Thumbtack, etc.) → Messaging Settings → Integrations tab. Each integration appears as its own card with an enable toggle, its settings, and a Validate Connection button.
How the Integrations tab is organized
The Integrations tab splits every integration across three sub-tabs. The sub-tab an integration lives on tells you what it’s for:
- Messengers — integrations that alert your team or hand the live conversation off to another inbox. This is where Slack, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, and LeadConnector Messaging Sync (GoHighLevel Messenger) live.
- CRM — integrations that create or update contact records in your CRM. This is where HubSpot, PipeDrive, Workiz, LeadConnector (GoHighLevel), HousecallPro, SmartMoving, Salesforce, Monday.com, and Zapier live.
- Other — integrations that do something more specialized than a simple alert or a CRM push. This is where Call Bridge, Voice Agent, REST Webhook, and Lead Reply API live.
Each sub-tab shows one card per integration. You can enable any combination across the three sub-tabs on the same source.

CRM Systems
Send every lead to HubSpot, PipeDrive, Workiz, LeadConnector (GoHighLevel), HousecallPro, SmartMoving, Salesforce, Monday.com, or Zapier.
Communication Tools
Get notified when leads come in via SMS, WhatsApp, Slack, Telegram, or push the conversation into LeadConnector Messaging Sync.
REST Webhook (Custom CRM)
For any CRM or internal system not in the supported list — NZ Leads POSTs lead events as JSON to a URL you host, with an X-Secret-Key header for verification.
Lead Reply API
Paired with the REST Webhook — lets an external system send replies back into NZ Leads so they're delivered to the lead as if sent from inside the app.
Call Bridge
When a lead shares a phone number, NZ Leads calls you first and then connects you to the lead on the same line.
Yelp Temp Phone via Zapier
A Zapier recipe that captures Yelp's masked phone number and attaches the real number to the lead in NZ Leads.
How integrations work in NZ Leads
- Each integration lives on the Integrations tab of a source.
- Every card has an Enable toggle that turns the integration on or off just for that source.
- If the source belongs to a parent business, you’ll also see an Inherit from parent toggle so you can fall back to the parent’s settings or override them.
- Most integrations have a Validate Connection button that checks your credentials immediately. If something is wrong, the error is shown right on the card.
- If the integration ever hits an error while processing a lead, the last error and its timestamp are shown on the card so you can see what happened.
- To remove an integration, click Disconnect. You’ll be asked to confirm. Credentials are cleared and no more data is sent until you reconnect.
Shared options on every CRM card
These checkboxes appear on every CRM integration. They are documented in full on the CRM Systems page:
- Create customer only when contact info is captured — only push the lead once you’ve collected a phone number or email.
- Create only for new leads — skip leads that already exist in the CRM.
- Include source name — add the NZ Leads source/location name to the CRM record.
Which CRMs are supported?
NZ Leads has direct connectors for HubSpot, PipeDrive, Workiz, LeadConnector (GoHighLevel), HousecallPro, SmartMoving, Salesforce, Monday.com, and Zapier. If your CRM isn’t on that list, use REST Webhook (Custom CRM) to have NZ Leads POST lead events to a URL you control, or route through Zapier for a no-code connection.
