Get Started
This is the starting point for new NZ Leads accounts. Follow the steps below to get from sign-up to an auto-responding source you can test with a real inquiry.
Setup steps
Create your account
Start a 7-day free trial — no credit card required. Sign up or sign in here.
Connect your first source
Connect one of your platform accounts so NZ Leads can start receiving inquiries. Every source is connected with the platform’s own sign-in (OAuth) — your password is never shared. See Add your first source for platform-by-platform steps, or Lead Sources for the full overview.
Configure messaging
Open Messaging Settings on the new source and set up the conversation flow (AI or predefined), follow-up timing, and contact-info collection. See Messaging Settings.
(Optional) Add integrations
Connect a CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Workiz, HousecallPro, Monday.com) or a notification channel (Slack, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram) so your team and tools stay in sync. See Integrations.
(Optional) Set up a voice agent
Add a Voice Agent that answers incoming calls, calls new leads, or runs batch call campaigns. See Voice Agent.

What happens next
Once your first source is connected and messaging is configured:
- Every new inquiry on that source gets an automatic first reply.
- If the customer doesn’t respond, follow-ups run according to your schedule.
- Every conversation lands in the Leads inbox where you, and any teammate, can take over or add memos.
- Results show up on the Analytics page after a day or two of traffic.
Start with your busiest platform to see immediate impact. You can add more sources any time — billing adjusts automatically.
