If you’re new to NZ Leads, login to get started.
Your account gives you access to:
- Lead source connections
- Automated messaging
- Lead management dashboard
- Analytics and reporting
Choose Your Source
Right after logging in, you’ll see the source connection page where you can choose which platform to connect.
Pick the source you want to connect first - Yelp, Thumbtack. Each source has its own connection process, but they all follow the same basic pattern.
Pro Tip: Start with your busiest lead source first. You’ll see results faster and can test the system with real inquiries.
Authenticate with the Service
Click “Add Yelp” or “Add Thumbtack” and you’ll be redirected to their website to authorize the connection.
This step is secure and handled directly by the service:
- Log into your existing account on their platform
- Grant NZ Leads permission to access your messages
- No passwords are shared - just secure API access
The authentication process varies by platform but typically takes several seconds.
Confirmation Page
Once authentication is complete, you’ll see the success page confirming your source is connected.
This page confirms:
- Your source connection is active
- NZ Leads can now access your messages
- The system is ready to start responding automatically
View Your Results
Back in your NZ Leads dashboard, you’ll see everything is set up and working. Here’s what success looks like:

How long before I see leads? Immediately! As soon as someone messages you on the connected platform, NZ Leads will respond automatically.
Can I connect multiple sources? Absolutely. You can connect as many sources as you need - each one works independently.
What if I need to disconnect? You can disconnect any source anytime from the Sources page. Simply click on the source, select “Edit”, and toggle the connection switch to disable it.
