Write messages ahead of time that get sent when people mention specific words. Perfect if you want full control over what customers see and when they see it.
Good for:

- When you want specific responses to pricing requests
- Emergency services that need different urgent vs. non-urgent responses
AI Assistant →
Let AI write personalized welcome messages based on what each customer actually says. Set it up once, then every response is custom-written for that specific person.
Good for:
- Businesses that get lots of different types of inquiries
- When you want responses to feel personal and unique
- Complex services where one-size-fits-all doesn’t work
